I have gone with a fish theme for the 2021 holiday ornament for as most know fish encompass much of the subject matter of my work. They are what I began my sculptural career creating and to this day enjoy creating the most.

I also attribute this year’s theme to its connection to a deeper awareness or introspection which I think we all had plenty of time for this past year. At the same time it’s connection to water and to represent a birth or rebirth in reference to working through this past year as we all venture back out into our lives.
