I have in created several pieces along this line. I am constantly asked if I would possibly build another. So, the result is that they are my most popular commission piece to date. I actually have a selection on the purchase page just for discussing/ordering a Hummingbird commission.

This one began as just that. However, thru time and materials in my mind it kind of evolved anatomically into more of what I would consider a kingfisher.
Honestly, it could go either way!
So, Coraline could in my view fall into either species.

With each of these or each rendition anyway, I push the limits and explore new possibilities in which I can take my materials all the while developing each with their own unique personalities.
